Court of Honor & Pot Luck Dinner! April 11th - Please Sign Up!!

Posted by jspataro on Mar 29 2015 - 1:16am
Pot Luck Dinner will take place on April 11, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Clement's Connery Hall.   This is a great opportunity for all the scouts and their families to come together, share a meal, recognize our scouts' accomplishments and have a few laughs while they perform skits.
Troop 113s' custom is to have families provide various parts of the meal (salad, main course, side dish, fruit, dessert and beverages). In order to plan for the event, and because some families have scouts  in more than one Patrol, we ask that you PLEASE sign up on the website with the number in your family and the name of your scout(s) patrol.   Mrs. Trish Merwin of our Hospitatility Committee will put together which part of the meal each Patrol will be asked to bring, based on the RSVPs.  The list will be published both via e-mail and on the troop website.
